Salil Arora
Engagement Manager
I work at the intersection of technology, social impact, and project management. With over 16 years of experience, I’ve led diverse initiatives that blend data, digital tools, and collaboration to drive meaningful change—especially in complex, real-world settings. My journey has taken me through the telecom sector, international development, and public health, where I’ve worked closely with government departments, nonprofits, and grassroots teams to implement digital platforms, improve operations, and manage cross-functional projects.
A large part of my work has involved making technology accessible and useful for those on the ground—from designing reporting systems for health workers to supporting training solutions for rural communities. I’m particularly interested in how user-centric design, thoughtful strategy, and clear processes can make systems not just efficient, but empowering. I’ve contributed to programs that reach millions, yet I value the small details just as much—because those are often what shape the user experience.
I’m driven by curiosity, a love of problem-solving, and a belief that impact-focused work deserves great execution. Whether it’s aligning teams, building processes from the ground up, or helping others navigate change. When I’m not working, I’m usually exploring new ideas in digital transformation, design thinking, or just having conversations that spark fresh perspectives.
