I am a technology leader with over 26 years of experience at the intersection of program management, digital public infrastructure, and inclusive technology design. My work has consistently focused on leveraging technology to improve public service delivery, particularly in health, governance, and social impact domains. I have led large-scale IT projects in partnership with governments, NGOs, and international organizations, applying agile methodologies and human-centered design to drive systemic change.

One of my key contributions has been in the development and scaling of open-source health technologies. As a founding member of the Global Health Practice at ThoughtWorks, I led the product strategy and global rollout of Bahmni, an open-source EMR and hospital system now deployed in over 500 facilities worldwide. More recently, as Program Director at government Foundation, I spearheaded the design and execution of digital health platform strategies across several African nations, working closely with public stakeholders to enable the adoption of digital public goods.

My expertise spans stakeholder engagement, policy advocacy, agile project leadership, and product strategy for social impact. I have worked closely with senior government officials to influence digital transformation efforts and implement inclusive service delivery solutions. I am passionate about using open digital infrastructure to address inequities in public systems and am excited about the opportunity to contribute to IIIT Delhi’s Inclusive Public Technology initiative to build scalable, accessible, and impactful digital solutions for the public good.
