I am a PhD student specializing in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), with a research focus on improving how individuals engage with digital public infrastructure. My work explores the application of HCI principles to design more intuitive, inclusive, and user-centered systems that support equitable access to essential digital services. I am particularly interested in understanding the sociotechnical dynamics that shape user experiences in public digital environments, and in developing design strategies that bridge the gap between complex technological systems and the diverse needs of their users.
